Silicon nitride integrated photonic platform at 780 nm wavelength

Abstract

Silicon nitride (Si3N4) waveguides and microring resonators were designed and fabricated for operation at a wavelength of 780 nm, reporting a loss of 11 dB/cm and Q value of 5×104.
