16×16 AWG Router Based on Silicon Oxynitride Waveguide Platform

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a 16×16, 200 GHz cyclic AWG router using silicon oxynitride waveguides. Insertion losses vary from −1.34 dB to −5.27 dB and crosstalks vary from −19 dB to −20.5 dB for all channels.
