A sensor for saturated absorption spectroscopy measurement using a hollow waveguide

Abstract

A sensor for saturated absorption spectroscopy is built using a hollow waveguide with diameter of 300 μm. The performance of the sensor is demonstrated by observing the saturated absorption spectroscopy of acetylene around 1536 nm.
