Optomechanical oscillation in the lithium niobate photonic crystal nanocavity

Abstract

Nonlinear optomechanical oscillations are observed in the lithium niobate photonic crystal nanocavity. High harmonic oscillations up to 14th order are achieved, which may function as a mechanical frequency comb.
