A Design of Double-ring Sensor Based on Heat-tuned Mach-Zehnder Interferometer

Abstract

We utilize a heat-tuned Mach-Zehnder Interferometer Fourier transform spectrometer to retrieve the transmission spectrum of cascaded double-ring sensor. The sensor and spectrometer are integrated on one chip, providing a low-cost scheme for biochemical sensing.
