Integrated Modelocked Comb Lasers for Spectroscopy Applications

Abstract

We present our work on the realization of integrated III/V-on-silicon integrated mode-locked lasers. We demonstrate 1 GHz repetition rate mode-locked lasers with a spectrum spanning more than a 1 THz.
