Enhancing the Stability and Emission of CsPbBr3 Quantum Dots by Embedding in Silica Spheres

Abstract

Enhanced amplified spontaneous emission has been obtained from perovskite CsPbBr3 quantum dots embedded in waterless silica spheres. The blinking characteristic of CsPbBr3/SiO2 has been suppressed and photostability has been improved significantly.
