Abstract
The theory of remote cloaking for arbitrary objects has been designed with multi-folded transformation optics approach but still, hasn’t been demonstrated in experiment. We apply the open cloak design to cancelling the ‘scattering’, the potential distribution of objects, for DC currents. In this paper we have proposed a remote DC cloak that can hide an arbitrary object at a small distance from DC detectors. The DC cloak is realized with negative parameters by adding a few active elements of resistor network. A designed printed circuit board can be further built to verify finite element simulations as well as the circuit design.
