Abstract

Abstract: We report a 7.7 W all-fiber-integrated femtosecond chirped pulse amplification system operating at 1 μm based on an Er-doped mode-locked fiber laser. Two stages of Yb-doped fiber amplifications are used to boost the average output power of 1 μm wavelength. The pulse width after compression by a grating pair is 270 fs with 1.09 MHz repetition rate, corresponding to the peak power of 26 MW.
