Abstract

We have proposed and demonstrated the metasurfaces with more than 70% efficiency for deflection and polarizer effect by crystals silicon at visible light, which is almost close to the TiO2 metasurfaces efficiency and can open a new way to use metasurfaces efficiently in visible light regime.
