Optical Properties of Ce3+:LiCaAlF6 Thin Films Prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition

Abstract

We have grown Ce3+:LiCaAlF6 thin films by pulsed laser deposition. Cathodoluminescence showed two emission peaks which correspond to crystal, and photoluminescence of thin films had shorter decay time than that of crystal.
