Optoelectronics Devices for Biomedical Applications

Abstract

MOS-based bio-implantable optoelectronic devices for biomedical applications are presented. Designs, functionalities of implantable on-chip brain imaging devices, optical stimulators for optogenetics and CMOS-based flexible neural stimulators for retinal prosthesis are described.
