Abstract

Preliminary demonstration of ultra-compact pico-projector with micro-pixellated GaN LED imager was given. With 1.5cm3 projection lens, projector size of around 2 cm3 was achieved. The micro-pixellated LED imager featuring high luminance and collimating beams make this type of pico-projector ultra-compact and high brightness potentially.
