High-Resolution Interferometer with Broadband Supercontinuum Light at 1550 nm

Abstract

We have constructed a high-resolution interferometer with a broadband supercontinuum light source. The broadband characteristic of the interferometer achieved axial resolution of 2.16 µm at a center wavelength of 1550 nm.
