Laser-based Digital Microfabrication

Abstract

Laser transfer techniques are becoming widely used for digital microfabrication applications. These non-lithographic processes can generate high-resolution patterns of complex materials without negatively affecting their properties for many applications including microelectronics, micro-power sources and MEMS.
