Observation of a Saturated Soft X-ray Laser in a Low Current Capillary Discharge

Abstract

We report the generation of a saturated capillary discharge soft X-ray laser obtained with low current of 14 kA. The laser is generated at the initial pressure of 18 Pa, with the gain coefficient of 0.58 cm−1.
