Abstract

Coherent extreme-ultraviolet ( X U V ) radiation was studied by interaction of Carrier-Envelope (CE) phase stabilized high energy sub-5-fs infrared (800 nm) laser pulses with neon gas at a repetition rate of 1 kHz. The results show generation of isolated attosecond X U V pulses.
