Slope mapping of bent plates using Lau projected fringes

Abstract

Slope contour map is obtained by superposing the Lau projected self image onto the specimen. After reflection from specimen the self image overlaps detector grating resulting in generation of moire fringes. Excellent agreement of the results with other investigations has been achieved.
