Crystal growth of CsLiB6O10 in dry atmosphere

Abstract

We attempted to grow CLBO crystals in dry atmophere. We estimated the OH impurities in the crystal by non-polarized Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and measured the laser damage tolerance by 266-nm high repetition pulse laser.
