Abstract

We accurately measured the electro-optic coefficient r₃₃ of high-quality undoped stoichiometric LiNbO₃ by use of the modulated Mach-Zehnder interferometric method. The obtained r₃₃ value is nearly the same with that of congruent LiNbO₃.
