Abstract

The single phase of Y2O3 was observed in (Eu0.05Y0.85La0.10)2O3 phosphors. The crystal size and luminescence intensity increase with the increase of calcination temperature. The maximum peaks of excitation and emission are at 261nm and 613nm.
