The optical band-gap changing of Cu doped ZnO nanostructured film

Abstract

Cu-doped ZnO nanostructured films have been prepared by wet chemical method. The optical band-gap changes with the increase of Cu doped concentration, which is attributed to the increase of oxygen vacancy concentration by laser-raman spectroscopy.
