Abstract

Applications of terahertz time domain spectroscopy to studies of fast responses of electron spins are demonstrated. One of them is observation of terahertz pulse emission from coherent anti-ferromagnetic magnons excited by femtosecond laser pulses. The other is development of electron spin resonance spectrometer with using the THz-TDS.
