Abstract

In this study, we proposed two photonic crystal-based THz devices such as power splitter and demultiplexer. They were optimally designed based on the self-imaging phenomenon in the multimode region. The splitting ratio of the splitter was 50:50 and the extinction ratio of the demultiplexer was about −22dB and −18dB, respectively.
