Abstract

The isotope-selective-optical-pumping is investigated by the linear absorption experiment of the metastable thallium atoms. The optical-pumping-intensity dependence of the absorption spectrum is investigated by the experimental and numerical methods. In addition, the isotope selectivity depending on the optical pumping in a cell has been discussed.
