Abstract

A full-duplex Radio-over-Fiber system is proposed and experimentally demonstrated, in which the down-stream data is carried by one of the two optical mm-wave carriers, while the other carrier is reused for modulating up-link data. By this scheme, the degradation of down-link data can be eliminated.
