Accuracy Enhancement of Fiber Gas Sensor by CRD Technique and LMS Algorithm

Abstract

A digital least mean square adaptive filter is proposed to reduce ASE noise in a CRD acetylene sensing fiber loop for improving the measurement accuracy. The simulation and experimental results show that the measurement accuracy in term of concentration of acetylene could achieve about 15ppm.
