Time Delay Adjustment to Reduce the Crosstalk in Multichannel RZ-DPSK Conversion in SOA based on FWM

Abstract

We propose relative time-delay adjustment of multi-channel RZ-DPSK signals to reduce the crosstalk in SOA tor wavelength conversion based on FWH by lowering die total input power variation. The power penalty is reduced about 1.5dB in comparison experiment.
