Abstract

We constructed two kinds of fiber-based in vivo systems to investigate reflectance of tissue in terms of spectroscopy and imaging. As a pilot application, we measured the images and spectroscopic reflectance of acupoints and veins, and these systems will be further developed for the tissue imaging in terms of SO2.
