Abstract

We have developed a novel technique for selective surgery of angiogenic blood vessels based on ultrafast laser. Using a transgenic zebrafish <Tg(fli1:EGFP)y1> embryos at a different developmental stage including 14-somite, 20-somite stage and 16-prim stage, we have demonstrated that the current method is very effective for a selective surgery of the vasculature structure in early developed stage.
