Abstract

We proposed a novel method of generating PSK signal for millimeter waves and experimentally generated 1.4 Gbps PSK signal for 22 GHz millimeter wave. The BPSK signal was produced by modulating an optical millimeter wave with a MZ push-pull modulator at 1.4 Gbps and detecting it with optical homodyne technique.
