Passively mode-locked 942nm Nd:GSAG laser and continuous-wave 471nm blue laser

Abstract

We generated 35ps laser pulse from a passively mode-locked Nd:GSAG laser at 942 nm by using a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror. Doubled frequency the laser with LBO crystal, we obtained 600mW buie laser at 471nm.
