Abstract

We demonstrate dynamic OCT for physiological function of a venule of a human finger in response to warming of the legs of a volunteer. The dynamic OCT allows us to observe clearly expansion of the venule during warming of the legs. This novel technique is useful for micro analyses of physiological functions of peripheral vessels.
