Abstract

Depending on each nitrogen atom of adenine molecule to which silver atom of the metallic tip approaches, tip-enhanced near-field Raman spectroscopy exhibited atomic site selective sensitivity. According to molecular vibrational calculations, silver atoms and adenine molecule create several isomers generating specific vibration modes of each isomer.
