Abstract

Time-resolved picosecond pure-rotational coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy is demonstrated for thermometry and species concentration determination in flames. Time-delaying the probe pulse enables successful suppression of unwanted signals. A theoretical model is under development.
