Holographically Encoded Microparticles – A Flexible Multiplex Platform for Bioassay Applications

Abstract

Glass filaments containing digital holographic codes are ideal substrates for multiplexed bioreactions. We describe a multiplex assay platform that provides for many hundreds of unique probes in a single well of a standard 96-well microplate.
