Abstract

84-channel, high resolution (<0.6 nm) integrated near-infrared spectrometer is demonstrated using large-scale arrays of microdonut resonators. Miniaturized microresonators (radius < 2μm) with high intrinsic Q (> 25,000) enable on-chip spectroscopy with low insertion loss.
