Spin-coated Ge23Sb7S70 Thin Films with Large Photo-induced Refractive Index Change

Abstract

We demonstrate the preparation of Ge23Sb7S70 films by spin-coating techniques with good surface and compositional homogeneity. The films exhibit a large photo-induced refractive index change, which have great potential for photonic device tuning.
