Microfluidic SERS Using a 3-Dimensional Porous Monolith as a SERS-Active Solid Phase in a Microchannel

Abstract

To improve the sensitivity of microfluidic SERS, we constructed an in-situ photopolymerized monolith in a microchannel with embedded silver nanoclusters. Rhodamine-6G was detected easily after passing only 400 fmoles of analyte through the microchannel.
