High-Power, CW Optical Parametric Oscillator Pumped by an Optically-Pumped-Semiconductor-Laser at 532 nm

Abstract

We report the first continuous-wave optical-parametric-oscillator pumped externally by an optically-pumped-semiconductor-laser. The device provides >2W of frequency-stable output (>60 MHz over 60 seconds) at 48.7% extraction efficiency in TEM00 spatial beam tunable over 873-1360 nm.
