Abstract

We demonstrate wavelength conversion based on cross-phase modulation induced nonlinear polarization rotation in a carbon nanotubes-filled micro-slot fiber device. Wavelength converted signal with 3-dB power penalty for 10 Gb/s NRZ signal is obtained.
