Pump beam recycling for an enhancement of the output power of Terahertz-wave parametric oscillator

Abstract

We have implemented a recycled pump beam technique on a terahertz parametric oscillator (TPO). The TPO with a recycled beam produces a terahertz beam that is several times stronger than that of the conventional TPO.
