Location-Resolved Gas Concentration Detection Using Frequency-Shifted Interferometry

Abstract

We use frequency-shifted interferometry to detect the concentrations of the same gas species at different locations and in different mixtures by accurately correcting the spectral shadowing effect. Different gas species are also detected.
