Palmtop Terahertz-wave Parametric Generator with Wide Tunability

Abstract

We have realized palmtop and tunable THz-wave parametric generator and observed output THz-wave with tuning range of 1 – 3 THz, with power of more than 100 mW (peak), linewidth of less than 10 GHz.
