An accurate positioning system based on optical zooming method

Abstract

A positioning system based on optical zooming interferometer was developed using stabilized diode lasers by fs-comb. It achieved 1.3 nm accuracy and 30 pm stability by simplify the system and treatment of optical source's polarization.
