Photoconductive Properties of Regioregular Poly(3-hexylthiophene)

Abstract

We investigate the photoconductivity of regioregular Poly(3-hexylthiophene) using 400 and 800 nm light. We observe a linear dependence of the photocurrent on optical power at both wavelengths.
