Abstract

We use multiphoton in vivo flow cytometry to monitor multiple cell lines. With a reduced-repetition-rate (20-MHz) mode-locked oscillator, the signal is enhanced four-fold, enabling detection in blood of multiple cell lines expressing different GFP variants.
