Dynamic Range Studied of a Monolithic 2×2 Quantum Dot Switch

Abstract

The robustness of an integrated 2×2 quantum-dot switch is investigated for low penalty operation. Near penalty free operation of <0.2dB is demonstrated for IPDR of over 8dB, highlighting its potential for systems applications.
