Doubly Modulated Interferometry For Trace Gas Detection

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

A double modulation scheme enhances low-frequency trace-gas-induced path-length changes in a miniature (2 cm3) adaptive interferometer. Path-length sensitivity is 0.2 pm/√Hz while ethanol vapor sensitivity is 2 ppm/√Hz.
