Abstract

The state of the art of integrated optical parametric oscillators with Ti-indiffused waveguides in Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate (PPLN) is reviewed with emphasis on devices for the mid infrared spectral range (2700 nm < λs,i <3500 nm).
